Picture Perfect Homes is a Wisconsin based corporation operated and owned by Wendy Paluszynski. Ms. Paluszynski started in new construction over ten years ago with the development of a small residential subdivision in Oak Creek, and shortly after that, started general contracting custom homes. In 1999 the company expanded operations to include “The Gallery Series”, a line of home designs that extends their market appeal, and provides exciting home designs with standard features without the custom price or building process.

PPH also offers house and lot packages in Franklin at this time and can assist their customers in finding a lot that suits their needs in other building communities. PPH's focus has been to build in the southeastern portion of Milwaukee county including, Oak Creek, Franklin, and South Milwaukee. They have also built in Waukesha and Racine counties including New Berlin, Mukwonago, Muskego, Waterford, Sussex and Caledonia. PPH is always open to opportunities to build in new communities within 100 miles of Oak Creek.

PPH enjoys working closely with customers, and they take pride in building high quality homes that provide good value as well. They encourage and respect the ideas and feedback from their customers, which helps them design and deliver homes that meet their needs, wants and budget. Sizes range from 1500 to 4000 sq.ft. Customer satisfaction, good quality and attention to detail are the mindset of the management, design and construction staff who are all involved with the entire building process.

PPH also provides customers with "complete" home pricing so there is no price baiting and the customer has a clear picture of what the finished product will be and what it will cost. PPH staff visits sites in advance of the building process to determine costs that may affect the total home budget. They also determine allowances with their customers that are realistic to allow them to select quality products that personalize and complete their new home. This eases the financial stress of the building process for customers and helps them to budget for “after building” expenses.

When you purchase a Picture Perfect home, you purchase a "Complete" home, meaning you have a home that your family is ready to enjoy. Our “complete home” is a home that already has many features including central air, full flooring allowances, fireplaces, mirrors and shower doors, painting staining, nearly maintenance free exteriors, dimensional shingles and many others.

Our goal is to complete your home within 6 months from the time of excavation. PPH’s experienced construction staff responds to construction issues efficiently and effectively, and focuses on quality and customer satisfaction throughout the entire building process. Completed homes are delivered with a homeowner orientation program and one year warranty. PPH is aware of how important it is to assist their customers through the transition to their new home and takes extra steps to ensure that this part of process is a good one!
